THE BUFFALO PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD WILL MEET AT 5:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, MARCH 17, 2022, AT THE BUFFALO PUBLIC LIBRARY, 11 EAST TURNER STREET, FOR A REGULAR MEETING.

1.  Call to order, roll call, and declaration of a quorum being present.

2.  Discussion/ possible action to review/approve the January 27, 2022 meeting minutes.

3.   Discussion/possible action to review Petty cash Reports for February 2022.

4.   Discussion/possible action to review Librarian’s Report.

5.  Discussion/possible action to review City Report.

6.  Discussion/possible action regarding tech needs and updating the Library’s Technology Policy.

7.  Discussion/possible action regarding tech grants and server needs.

8.  Discussion/possible action regarding Summer Reading Program needs, performers, purchases, and

      possible dates.

9.   Discussion/possible action regarding Library Fundraiser.

10.   Discussion/possible action regarding amounts available for purchasing new library  

       books.

11. Discussion/Possible action to declare both nonfunctioning vacuum cleaners (Eureka and Electrolux)    

       obsolete and ready for disposal.

12. Discussion/possible action regarding items to be included on the May 19^th meeting’s agenda.

13. Adjournment.
